Our Wines
Best wine will only be achieved if the grapes are cared for from the start. Casa de la Ermita has its own vineyards cultivated under the observation of our technicians, so as to achieve the best grapes grown in Jumilla. Although the best known variety in the area is Monastrell, Casa de la Ermita has made a name for itsef thanks to the adaptation and successful use of other varieties such as Petit Verdot, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and we have experimented with a further 30 varieties from all over the world.
The result of this philosophy in research continues, in this section we are extremely proud to present our very own wines.
