A new and unique way of experiencing wine in Jumilla, where past and present become one
The museum has the second best exhibition at the national level cataloged in terms of pieces related to viticulture and oenology, a unique museum in Jumilla.
Open to the public since September 2018, a surface area of 1,500 m2, located in the heart of the Regional Park of the Sierra del Carche that houses the great history of the wine culture of Jumilla, a tour that chronologically, collects each and every one of the tasks and works related to the vine and wine, so that you can appreciate the land and the field, the harvest stage, the entry of the grapes into the winery, the cooperage work, the conservation and the laboratory, all of them necessary to understand the great work that was done and is done to understand the wine of the grape of Jumilla excellence such as “La Monastrell”.
WHAT PLAN DO WE HAVE FOR YOU?
We will talk about wines, the grape varieties we work with, the winemaking processes of the past and the present, etc. And of course, we will taste some wines together and cheers, all our visits include wine tasting with commentary.

Monastrell Experience
COMPLET GUIDED VISIT
If you have time and you want to learn all about the world of wine through history, this is the perfect tour for you. We will start at 11am at our meeting point, which couldn´t be other than a centenary vineyard, where we will have a panoramic view of the Sierra del Carche Regional Park and admire the olive tree that gives image to our brand Casa de la Ermita.
Then we will walk through a plot of vineyards of the variety of grapes par excellence in Jumilla, our beloved Monastrell, then we will be transported to the past inside of the Vine Museum, a universe of sensations where wine takes centre stage in more than 1500 metres full of emotion, culture and true passion for what we do. Your visit will end with a commented wine tasting where you can enjoy the experience and stimulate all of your senses.A unique, unforgettable and exclusive experience around the culture of wine. Don't come in a hurry, 2.5 hours fully dedicated to our passion, the culture of wine.
Envero Experience
UNGUIDED VISITA
If you want to enjoy your full day in Jumilla to visit other monuments or the city, this is your best option. The experience starts at 11.00 a.m. and lasts 1.5 hours.
There are many ways to experience wine and the veraison visit is a fun way to move around the museum like a duck to water, in your free time, at your own pace and where you can discover everything related to wine culture. But we won't leave you alone, because after immersing yourself in this universe, your visit will end with a guided wine tasting where you can stimulate all your senses.

Why this proposal?
You will be able to cycle freely through the vineyards where you will find the plots of landmarked with the grape varieties and a piece of brief information about them. After the bike tour, you will have the option of adding one of our experiences to visit the museum.
